Harmony Army are joined by 300+ Year 5 pupils

Hurstmere welcomed over 300 Year 5 pupils from four local primary schools on Wednesday 10th July.  Pupils and staff from Hook Lane Primary, Hurst Primary, Sherwood Park Primary and Old Bexley Primary enjoyed a pre-concert rehearsal and were treated to performances by the Year 7 Samba Band and Studio Fix bands and choir.

The concert finale saw Harmony Army, the Studio Fix choir, perform their Music For Youth National Festival three song set – ‘Radioactive’, ‘The Sound’ and ‘Here I Am’, the song written and produced to support the 40th Anniversary of The Alzheimer’s Society.

The primary school pupils had, prior to the concert, been sent the words and video link for Here I Am and they helped to provide a stirring and emotional finale performance.
